Goodbye 2025: Boudoir, Self Love and Stepping Boldly into 2026!

The New Year is officially here, and I love looking back on everything that made 2025 special. The laughs, the fun, the stories. Every session and every conversation is a reminder of why I love this work so much.

To the incredible Bare Heart community: thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for showing up as you are, for laughing through the nerves, and for letting me witness some seriously powerful moments. Watching people choose themselves, step into their confidence, and surprise themselves never gets old—and I’m endlessly grateful to be part of it.

New payment plan options: You asked - I listened

I truly believe that every person deserves to be pampered and to see themselves

through a lens of love and confidence. That mindset guides every session. From the first step into the studio to the final images we create together, the focus is always on an

experience that is thoughtful, fun, and empowering.

A lot of love, time, and energy is poured into every single Bare Heart Experience. I also

understand that a boudoir session is an investment—financially, but also an investment in you. Because of that (and thanks to many of you asking), I’m excited to share that we now offer payment plans

through Affirm and Klarna!

Client Spotlight: Mrs. W

One of the most powerful sessions this year belonged to Mrs. W, who came in for a Bodyscape session inspired by Kintsugi—the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Kintsugi doesn’t hide the cracks. Instead, it honors them, highlighting them as symbols of strength, beauty, transformation, and the stories we carry in our bodies.

When I asked Mrs. W what she wanted her images to convey her answer was:

“We are beautiful no matter the scars.”

Mrs. W is a breast cancer survivor. Her journey included chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and recovery. Her session was a testament to resilience and self-love. A reminder that our bodies are not something to fix or hide, but something to honor. We are beautiful not despite what we have been through but because of it. Our bodies tell our own unique story of survival, growth, beauty and becoming.

Showing Up for Yourself

One of my clients summed it up perfectly in her Google review:

“I am so glad I took the courage and time to do something I was trying to put off for months.”

That sentiment is incredibly common. Many people reschedule—not just sessions with me, but promises made to themselves. Life gets busy. Fear creeps in. Self-prioritization feels uncomfortable. But showing up for yourself takes courage, and it’s never wasted.

I am proud of every person who chooses to step into this experience.

As we move into a new year, my hope for you is this:

Whatever that thing is that you’ve been putting off (for me its a backpacking trip to Havasupai) do it! Show up. Choose yourself. You are worth it!

With love, gratitude and excitement for all this new year brings,

Gabby
